If you find that you have a conflict or are not interested in attending an event that you have signed-up for, you will need to give us a minimum of 48 hrs. notice. This will allow us to contact anyone on the waiting list that there is an opening for them to attend. If you fail to give us 48 hrs. notice, this affect future activity that you may want to participate in.
